I APPRECIATE THE EASE OF USING THIS BOOK ON FOOD. I ESPECIALLY LIKE THE FACT THAT EACH FOOD IS LISTED IN ALPHABETICAL ORDER. I AM FINDING ANSWERS TO ALL MY QUESTIONS ON WHAT NUTRIENTS ARE IN A SPECIFIC FOOD AND THE BEST WAY TO STORE, BUY, OR PREPARE A CERTAIN FOOD. IN SHARING THIS BOOK WITH OTHERS THEY ARE IMPRESSED WIH THE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION SUPPLIED SUCH AS MEDICAL BENEFITS REGARDING A SPECIFIC FOOD AND HOW THAT FOOD INTERACTS WITH MEDICATION. THIS BOOK IS WORTH TAKING TO THE GROCERY STORE WITH YOU.
