A great book for Harry Potter fans

I bought this book for my 16-year-old niece who is more of the literary type but who also likes knowing the big ideas of science. I was expecting the usual "Physics Is Phun" sillyspeak, but to my pleasant surprise, Dr. Bortz struck the perfect balance of sharing the facts of our fascinating world without sounding frivolous. My niece agreed.
